Ask Yourself

In Soul Food on January 11, 2011 by The Spillover

Instead of questions like…

“Who am I to make a difference?”

“What makes me think I’m so special that God would use me?”

“How can someone in my situation do something big for God?”

“Why is God not moving the way I think He should be?”

…Or statements like:

“I’ll obey God once I can deal with these issues.”

“I’m too broken to be a good witness for Him.”

“I’d love to be a witness to my friends and family, but they’d call me a hypocrite.”

“God knows how limited I am; He would not challenge me like this.”

“I can’t step out for God or everyone would see all my faults.”

How about asking yourself this question…

“Who am I to limit God?”
